Payments:
We charge in advance for all the products,
Goods will only be dispatched after the payment has cleared.
We use PayPal and Stripe as our payment system providers.
PayPal and Stripe: accept all types of credit/debit cards if you don’t have a registered account with them to use their services.

Shipping:
We use Royal Mail for our shipping services.
Monday – Friday, before 3PM, we will try our hardest to get your order posted the same day.
Saturdays = No shipping: This is due to the post office only being open till midday and the fact the queue is normally very long. We also found that 9 times out of 10 they would sit in the local Post Office until Monday, making you the customer unhappy when orders don’t show up on the Monday. So as a rule we now say no shipping on a Saturday.
Delivery Charges:
The delivery chargers are dependant on the package size and weight of your goods as per Royal Mail guidelines
All items have been weighed and weights have been added to each product individually to ensure the correct Royal Mail prices.

International Customers
Please note: although worldwide Air Mail Tracked/ Signed For is very inexpensive. Packages can sometimes be delivered very quick, (6-10 days) but there is no guarantee of this, and sometimes they can take up to 6 weeks!
Since there is no tracking for Air Mail once it is outside of the UK, the Post Office / Royal Mail can NOT investigate if your international package gets lost. (Neither can we!)
We can not guarantee that you will receive an Air Mail tracked/signed for package! Although we can provide proof of postage & are responsible until it leaves the UK
Because of this, for expensive packages, we recommend contacting us & using DHL (please see below).
DHL:
We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit once they leave the UK.
If you wish to have your goods covered outside of the UK please e-mail us for a DHL quote, & if accepted an invoice will be raised & upon payment your goods will be shipped

For Air Mail tracked/signed for, please check your tracking information. Once your package clears the UK and goes to your local post office, it is up to you to contact them if you do not receive your package. Sometimes the local post office will hold your package instead of delivering it. They will (should) leave a notice at your address (which you may or may not see), but once this happens, they are not responsible for guaranteeing that you receive your package either, and we can not be held responsible for it either. I’m so sorry that international shipping has problems!

When we ship your package, we email you your tracking number. Your tracking number will track your package until it is handed over to your local Postal service. It is your responsibility to make sure that your local post office is not trying to contact you about your package.

Purchases outside of the EU
Prices for all products on this website include VAT of 20% for UK.
Once your purchase has been shipped, you will be responsible for any custom taxes, duties and handling fees that are incurred at customs.
Please note, we cannot refund any custom taxes, duties or handling fees that have been incurred.
